Kina (kee-nah) is dedicated to helping women and children bring about positive change in their lives and communities. Kina strives to improve access to education and support sustainable community development projects.
Kina’s programs and activities are currently focused in the eastern rural areas of Nepal. Kina’s plan over the next five years is to expand the reach of it’s programs to other regions of Nepal based on their ability to effectively provide services. As part of this program, Ouest is working with Kina to help young women and children break the cycle of poverty through improved access to education by committing to sponsor 40 motivated individuals over the next 5 years.
